I was in the mood for some Indian food but didn?t want to sit at a restaurant to eat so decided to look up local restaurants in Columbia, MD. Since I am a vegetarian and Mango Grove claims to be a vegetarian restaurant I looked at their online menu. I ordered Shahi Panneer (priced at 8.50 on line). I was not given my total on the phone and didn?t think to ask since I saw their pricing on line. Once I arrived at their location and looked at the bill it was 4 dollars higher then what?s posted on their website. Once I questioned the pricing the lady informed that that?s old pricing and they have not updated it. She also told me that if I had told her that I am ordering this off their website then she would have told me what the increased pricing is. She made me feel as if I did something wrong. She didn?t offer to honor the website price. Also, even though she is the owner, in order to avoid further discussion she told me that she only works there and will notify the owner after he gets back from India. I will never go back to this place because they do not care about their customers (especially Indian Customers). Even if the food is decent there is no excuse for poor service. I will also inform all my friends and family to avoid this place and hope you do the same.
