""when I initially filed the claim, all I really expected was a fair insurance reimbursement for the damaged caused by the ""April Fools Day"" storm; a storm that resulted in tens of millions of dollars in damages throughout the region. I am truly appalled at the attitude and behavior of the insurance company. I was treated as though I were a criminal, my personal integrity was questioned, the competency of my contractor was made suspect, information was withheld, and the entire process was dragged out for over nine months. Needless to say, I just recieved a ""Notice of Cancellation"" from the insurance company, less than one week after the claim check finally cleared the bank.
Although I never would wish this experience on anyone, I would absolutely recommend you to anyone seeking professional representation in an insurance claim dispute. It was a pleasure doing business with Popkin Adjustment Company.
