Review content:
Technicians came out twice to the house and were unable to fix the AC problem. They promised to order ""another"" part. We have been waiting for 6 days with NO AC. Every time we called Airtronics for an update, we got the pathetic answer that they will look into it and call us back. We have American Homeshield. They even sent Airtronics messages for feedback on our issue, however, to no avail. We ended up calling another AC company and bypassing American Homeshield, paying in full and getting our AC fixed.
