Review content:
I called American Home Shield on Friday to request a service call because our air conditioner quit cooling. After not hearing from Airtronics I finally called Saturday early afternoon. She said they could not send anyone out until Monday. She assured me that I would be first on the list to call Monday morning. It is now Wednesday and after not receiving a call I called back only to be told a tech couldn't come until tomorrow! WTF? Supposedly someone called and left a message on Monday on my cell phone. Funny how I have no record of a missed call or a voicemail! This company is horrible! After reading some of the ""good"" reviews below it is my opionion they are fake. I can't believe any of these people actually had a tech out within 30 min to a couple of hours. I would not be dealing with these people if i didn't have AHS.
