Review content:
This contract took 6 months from signing and paying the initial deposit until completion. This job was for 6 windows only. The salesman who comes to the site seems competent and professional. Once you sign you will never hear from or be able to contact him again. The company is very difficult to contact as far as speaking with a person. You can leave voice mail of course. According to the company the job took so long because 1. the business is in transition, 2. The installers damaged product, 3. The manufacturer made a faulty product, 4. The manufacturer is slow in making the product, 5. The product is in the paint shop, 6. The product is being manufactured again, 7. The product is back in the paint shop, 8. The installers are not reliable, etc., etc.,
I was promised installation at least half a dozen times with a firm date and time and the installers did not show. After 5 months I complained to the Better Business Bureau who looked into it but once the company told them they were going to try and complete the job the BBB said they could do no more. So, be forewarned, if you are in a hurry, make them sign a guarantee completion with a penalty for any delay! At this point after6 1/2 months I am almost complete!
