I recently got my brand new BMW scratched up. So, I left it at the BMW center to have it fixed as per the packaged plan I bought. After a week, when I went to pick up the car, I was shocked to see scratches still there and to add to my horror there were stain on the side view as well as the back bumper. I was soo upset with their work, but luckily Dan from 'New Life Automotive' came to my rescue and went out of his way to fix my car not only to its perfection but also within 1.5 days as promised. This is called customer service and a great workmanship!!! Thanks much Dan!!!!
