Review content:
The experience with this store and staff was such a disappointment. It turns out that the 2 owners never do the grooming. As a customer, you cannot see where your animals are taken, therefore, never meet the actual groomer. I was told this information by the owners Jose and Paulo. Unfortunately, I was given the impresssion at first that one or both do participate in the grooming but found out after the fact. Jose who seems to mostly man the store can become very strange. He is moody and can act distant and curt with customers, unless you are purchasing the many expensive supplies or one of his puppies he breeds.
