Review content:
It pains me to write this because I had such a bad experience here. I bought a sale dress in a much-too-large size for my petite frame because I was assured the seamstress ""could do anything."" That was a lie and a joke. I had to practically tell her how to alter the gown because she thought that only by hemming and taking it in that it was finished. The proportions were way off, and when I tried to explain my dissatisfaction to the manager, he did nothing to rectify the situation whatsoever. He was completely irrational to work with. I ended up having to purchase another dress elsewhere. He insinuated that it was my fault all along, because I had tried on ""so many dresses"" and besides, he claimed, brides make so much of this one dress that they are only going to wear for a few hours anyway. Can you believe that? This is one of the most important days of a woman's life, they are selling bridal gowns, and this is what they tell you?? I hope if you are reading this you haven't already purchased your gown and made a fatal mistake as I and many others have done by entrusting an important event to deceptive sharks like the folks here. Pros: some very sweet salespeople, a variety of dresses Cons: poor customer service, irrational and unhelpful manager
