Review content:
My experience with them was bad and good, in a way. The bad was I bought a lemon of a vehicle, nothing but problems the entire time I owned it. The good.....8 months later, no warranty on the vehicle, I called them and told them my situation about the car I had bought from them. My original salesman referred me to someone a little higher up in the company who told me he would take care of me. After 2 salespeople told me I had been approved for a 2.9% apr, I went in to sign the papers and it suddenly jumped up to 5.9%, not cool. They would not budge on the price of the new car or the trade in due to them ""doing me a favor"" but int he end I saw my old vehicle listed at a $3,000 price difference from what they gave me, even though they said there was no way they could go a penny higher in trade in value. They also would not budge in the price of the new car I bought, however due to the issues with the first vehicle they sold me and no one wanting it due to the Autocheck report showing frame damage, I felt trapped. The gas light on the new vehicle was on, so I asked if they could fill it before I took it off the lot, and they were so nice, they put a mere 1/4 tank in it after I just made them a bunch of money in the old and new car. Be careful, they will make you feel good about signing all the papers and getting your new car, but after reflecting on it, you will feel had in the end.
