If you are looking for an experience like you see on Say Yes to the Dress, this is not the place to go.My niece is getting married. She lives near Lafayette, La. and drove 2 hours to go here. They do not take appointments on Sat., so we got there early to wait in the line. Once the door opened we piled in like cattle. There are only 4 dressing rooms and 2 mirrors and barely no seating. So, all 4 brides are there with there friends and family shoved in an area about 12x12, but thats not all, the brides that are waiting to be help are there, too. You have to share a mirror with one of the other brides and in our case the other bride seemed to always be in it, so my niece never really got to stand there and look at herself in any of the 6 dresses she tried on. The consultant was rude to my niece many times. At one point she look at her and said ""I don't know what you want, you can go look for yourself on the racks"". She also told the bride that was waiting that was next in line ""I'm sorry this is taking so long, I'll be with you in a little while"", we had only been there for about an hour. She never even said goodbye when we left. I am only telling some of the story the whole experience was terrible from beginning to end. She treated my niece like it was her fault the she didn't find anything that she liked, like she had done her job well. I will be calling Mon. to complain to the management. When she was told that my niece was outside crying, she said for her to come back and make an appointment and offered us her card, when was denied. But, we did find her a dress that day at a nice shop down the road from there. The customer service at Linda Lee's bridal was excellent and there was plenty room for the bride, family and friends. We didn't have to share a mirror with anyone, either. All the bridal consultants were helpful, very nice and professional at Linda Lee's.
