I went here with a friend to buy her dress and we had a less than great experience. It's hectic, the employees are rude, and if you go on a Saturday, you can't make appointments. When I went with my friend, we waited and saw them cross names off under hers on the list. After some complaining, they finally called her name. Against my better judgement, I went back when it was time to purchase my dress. I thought maybe this was just a fluke. Sure enough, we got there early to wait outside in line and signed our name up to get a dressing room and consultant. We waited for an hour and a half while I saw other names below mine crossed off. When we asked, every employee looked taken aback and said they didn't know why we were being skipped. It was a mad house in that place, and every employee seemed stressed and too busy to be bothered to help. They also cut the designers name out of their dresses and refuse to tell you who th designer is. I wanted to know so I could see a picture of a dress I liked in a different color, but they refused. Makes you wonder why they don't want you to know. If they have th best prices, they shouldn't mind you looking at other places. Overall, a stressful experience that I would recommend to no one.
