Businiess name:  Pearl's Place

Review content:
This was the worst retail environment that I have ever been in. You will find no southern hospitality or class at this place. I visited Pearl's Place with all of my bridesmaids and my flower girl in tow to pick out dresses and to order them for all of my attendants (all of us were from out of town). I had already purchased my wedding dress (not from Pearl's Place b/c I found it about $400 cheaper elsewhere). The first question that I was asked at Pearl's was whether or not I had purchased my dress with them. When I answered ""no,"" they basically refused to help us the rest of the morning. I had planned to order six attendant dresses from them, and they would not give us any information as to fabric choices, color swatches. They acted as if we were the least important people in the store. The dresses that I have chosen for my attendants are worth more than my wedding dress was, and Pearl's Place has now lost my business for both. I will forever warn brides and bridesmaid against Pearl's. They may be well established in New Orleans, but that can only be because they have little competition. I hope that someone finally wisens up and opens a real bridal shop to put them out of business!!!!!!
