In December, myself, my sister and my daughter visited Pearls Place in New Orleans to check out wedding dresses for my daughter. We were visiting from Canada. I have to admit that if I had read some of the negative reviews posted on sites about Pearls Place before we had actually visited there, we would probably have went somewhere else and then we would never have know how great Pearl's Place really is. Upon arrival we were greeted by Miss Ruth who has a great personality. She pulled dress after dress for my daughter and always had a smile on her face. We didn't feel rushed in any way. My daughter found her dress there and since we returned to Canada our dealings with Pearls Place have been fantastic. I have emailed on several occasions and have always been responded to in hours, sometimes even minutes. I have called on several occasions and have always been greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. We had an item shipped to us in Canada and it arrived in a short time frame. We received the dress last week and it was so beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend Pearl's Place for anyone who is getting married. Don't always rely on the negative reviews as most people only leave a review if its negative. You don't always hear about the postiive experiences. Keep up the good work Pearl's Place.
