I know a lot of brides, myself included, you have had their wonderful wedding planning experience marred by the atrocious service at this salon. They are notorious for adding extra ""rush"" charges throughout the sales process. They frequently lose dresses, order the wrong colors and sizes and then refuse to exchange or return. The entire staff, owners included and specifically, are terrible to brides and bridesmaids, calling names and engaging in shouting matches in the store. It's just not worth it to shop there.
Cons: rude staff, no returns, disorganized
