I order my bridal gown at Pearl's. They do have a great selection but everything else is horrible. I was so unsatisfied in more ways than one. Let's start from the beginning: The color I wanted they did not have in my size & because my parents paid for my dress in full there was nothing they could do :( When the dress came in it was not a slight bit to big, it was HUGE!!! I had it altered 4 times & I still brought it home with me & took it to a local alteration store to fix. Basically they have the most excuses in the book. Everything you say they deny or give an excuse. You can't tell them anything. During one of my fittings, as I was putting on my dress I noticed there was make up on it & I am not a girl that wears makeup everyday. It was just one thing after another. My dress still needed an inch taking in according to my new seamstress but the seamstress at Pearl's who needs to learn to speak clear English got the manager of Pearl's to come speak to me & she even proclaimed that because the dress fits I can now feel everything since I was complaining about bulges. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! Do NOT waste your time & research bridal boutiques before creating an unforgettable moment!!!
