Review content:
I went to this place to get a dress for my cousin's wedding (usher in the wedding). I was told to come in to have alterations done by the first WEEKEND in October. I work an 8-5 Monday -Friday so the only day available is a Saturday. Well, the first weekend in October the owner called and told me to come in on Wednesday or Friday for alterations. I explained that I couldn't and Saturday would be best and she told me Friday was the last day and if I couldn't make it for my alterations then I needed to ""come get your dress, then."" How rude. I called back and was offered a Saturday and told this would be a wait, though. I said okay. I called to find out who initially called me and it was the owner who was rude. I went that Saturday for alterations and decided that I no longer wanted to purchase my wedding dress from them since they were so impatient and rude. I asked them to take my $100 balance and apply this to the dress I was getting altered for my cousin's wedding and use the remaining $47 dollars to apply to my cousin's dress. I expressed my concerns about a future experience with them. They told me that they wanted me to purchase my wedding dress from them and they would eat the rest of the cost on the dress for my cousin's wedding. I preferred not to do this in the midst of all the complaining brides in the store. They told me I couldn't apply the $47 dollars and basically I would lose this money. How does that work?! How can you be rude to someone and then tell them on top of that well I'm sorry you don't like our service, but you are ALSO GOING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. Gosh, it is not like they were losing any money. They were still getting the $100. They were just going to lose the sale of my bridal gown. I willl never purchase anything from them. Beware brides and bridesmaids!!! It's a shame. This should be a beautiful experience for a bride. Very disappointed.
