I have AHS for Home Warranty and they sent these clowns to my house when my hot water heater broke. $250 to pull a permit, $100 to dispose of it, and $100 to protect my carpet. All totaled, they wanted $700 on top of the warranty which meant $1200 to replace. This meant that they were $300 more than competitors for the same job. What a waste of a day waiting for them. Avoid this company as they are dishonest and overpriced.
