I wish I had read the reviews first. I have an AHS warranty and they sent these guys out to fix a clog in an upstairs bathroom. Before they even got to my house, the owner calls and is complaining how AHS doesn't pay them enough and he deserves more than other plumbers. I should have seen the writing on the wall at that point. After $700.00 the bathrooms are not working, the downstairs commode is sitting in the shower and they want to charge me $150/hour, with no cap to finish what they could not fix in the first place. They did not submit a diagnosis to AHS and instead told me based on their ""years"" of experience the claim would be denied since I did not have a ground level cleanout (I have 3) and I should go ahead and pay them $500.00 so they could get started. When I pressed AHS to talk to them, they told AHS that there was not a cleanout so sure enough the claim was denied. It is most unfortunate I have to give at least one star to get this published, they really deserve a lot of negative stars.
