I would not recommend this shipper for your packages, especially high value. A family member sent me an INSURED package through this merchant. The package arrived slashed and retaped, my jewelry was stolen. Proof of the value of jewelry was submitted to the Insurance Claim department used by this merchant, the Claim department accepted proof as meeting their criteria. Despite my cooperating fully with the Insurance claims department this Merchant would not honor the insurance claim, period. Very bad business practice, customers would be wise to ship elsewhere. Zero stars awarded to this merchant and a huge boo !!!
