I have tried different plumbers over the years and decided to use Ben Franklin Plumbing in Wilmington after seeing their trucks. I initially had them come out to deal with a leak and they did a really fabulous job, which is why I called them back a second time to help me with something else.
They were prompt and their service was very good. They explained to me what they were doing and why. They also adjusted certain things that were going to be to my advantage in the future. They were easy to work with and talk to.
The second time I called Ben Franklin Plumbing, they came out and replaced my outdoor faucet for the hose. Another company had installed the one I had on there and it did not last very long. Ben Franklin Plumbing tested the new one and made sure everything was working properly. Again, the service was outstanding.
