Review content:
Tim (owner) acted like he didn't want the business. He was rude from the beginning, lied about what the pool package actually was, and then after breaking the sewer pipe to the house while digging the hole, actually said that he was not liable for damaging the pipe. They had to call a plumber to fix the pipe and then sent the bill to the homeowner. Unless you want more headaches, move onto the next company.... and be sure to do your homework when researching pool companies. Terrible customer service.
