I would give no stars if I could. I have never had a problem with fedex until tonight. I was supposed to get a package sent to me today. The driver said he delivered it at 4:08. That did not happen. I know for a fact because that is the exact time that my daughter walks through the door from school. He never came. I called them twice and both times they said that it was delivered and they would call the driver to find out what happened. I got a call back from a woman again saying that the driver left it at the door.... again bulls*&#. I called back a third time and they said that the driver didn't feel comfortable leaving it at the door and brought it back to the office.....also bulls*&#. I asked if he didn't feel comfortable leaving it how come he didn't simply rung the doorbell or knock. I got silence in response to that question. Here's what I'm sure happened.... the driver knew that the package was jewelry (package size would give that away) and tried to pocket it. When he got a call from corporate he freaked out and decided to change his story and said that he didn't feel comfortable leaving it. That guy needs to be fired. And if I don't get my package tomorrow, they WILL be getting a call from my attorney. They also claimed that the package didn't require a signature.... again bulls*&#!!!! I bought it from Zales and anything over $100 always require a signature. I can't believe these people. In a sense, I want that a-hole to try and keep my package so I can sue the living eff out of them.
