This contractor took my blinds in for repair with a verbal promise to return my blinds, repaired, for $25. When I inquired 3 days later by telephone, they did not return my call. I emailed them with request for repaired blinds the next day...1 day later, still no response. The next day I went to store site, a private home, to ask about my blinds. The son said he didn't know and called his dad, the apparent owner, whereupon dad said they'd be ready the next day between 5 and 6pm. The next day, I called to verify and no answer, so I arrived at the home/store at 6:30. The Son answered door and said they were not ready, so I got very mad and left, telling the son to have his dad call me. It's been 2 days since, and still no call, and no blinds. This business is in deep doodoo.
