Call Roto-Rooter first! Worries down the drain........You get a live person every time you call, not an answering machine with a promise to call! John from Roto Rooter came to our house and proceeded to work his tail off for 6 hours, all the while explaining every step he took in a courteous and professional manner. He literally did everything he could to help us. He eventually got our sewer to drain (tough one - root intrusion) and advised us to call the city next. John was a lifesaver for us, no coin op laundry and the ability to take a shower are things you just take for granted on a daily basis! THANKS to John and Roto Rooter for enabling us to get on with our lives! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
