My mom called me late Saturday night with a plumbing problem in both toilets and shower. They would not flush so my husband told her to cut the water off. Early Sunday morning (Mother's Day) I found Roto-Rooter in the phone book and they listed 24 hours 7 days a week service. I told the lady my problem and she said someone would call me right back. Within 10 minutes Jason, a plumber with Roto-Rooter called and said he was in Concord and I was on the list next. He explained the charge and it being extra for after hours service. I told him that was fine, my mom's plumbing problems needed to be fixed as soon as possible. I gave him the address in China Grove and he said he would call me when he was on his way. He was very nice and informative. He tried several different ways to get it unclogged and kept me informed. He would not give up until he got it unclogged. He explained that it was not in my mom's sewage line, but in the connection to her line. He also explained the warranty and that they were plumbers too if we ever needed one. He cleaned up and was on his way to another call, I thought Mother's Day was ruined but Jason saved the day by unclogging my mom's drains. We were able to have lunch after all. Thanks, Jason
