I was staying at a friend's house while having work done on my own when suddenly - the toilet was clogged!!! How embarrassing! I called Roto-Rooter and spoke with a friendly person who asked my problem. She asked if I had ever called Roto Rooter before. Since I hadn't, she explained the pricing policy and asked if I needed someone today. YES!!!! She said that she could have someone to help me within the hour. In just about 1 hour John showed up. He introduced himself, was pleasant and explained charges up front as well as company warranty policies. He was tidy and had the problem solved within 30 minutes. This was a life-saver for me. I would highly recommend using Roto-Rooter.
