A Roto-Rooter technician arrived at my home an hour after I called to report a leak in my 15-year old water heater. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new heater; BUT in the process, the technician discovered that the cold and hot water lines to my heater were reversed! He corrected the lines and now for the first time in 17 years I get really hot water at a low setting. I was not pressured into purchasing a new heater and the technician kept me appropriately apprised of what he was doing and why. I am a long-time Roto-Rooter customer and highly recommend their services for all plumbing needs.
