I had two visits and was extremely impressed. For the first visit, Jim gave a quick diagnosis of ?check engine light on? problem and explained so well. Unlike most dealers who simply tell you to change the catalytic converter, which is truly waste of money, I have already got bad experience on that. I will have this problem fixed at Jim?s shop when I am ready. The second visit is for engine starting problem and an oil and filter change. I came to Jim as a service advisor at a Toyota dealer suggested to change the starter, which will cost $300. Jim?s people tightened battery cables and got the problem fixed. They did not charge a dim.
