They sold my 70 year old parents a filter that is too small for their size pool, this filter shuts down every 15 minutes. We have requested the filter be changed to a size compatible to the one my parents already had and Mill Bergen has refused to exchange it! After several attempts to get help with this small filter our only responses from Mill Bergen Pools have been unprofessional and at times very insulting. We have filed suit in small claims court. This company cannot be trusted...know what you want BEFORE you go there and don't trust their recommendations. Also, if you have trouble with your purchase don't expect them to take care of you!
