My husband and I moved into our new house, which desparately needed the hardwood floors refinished. After calling around, we came across Paco's FLooring through a referral.
The estimate was considerably less expensive than many other companies. The work took longer than they estimated (but it always does for home improvements) and they ended up increasing the price at the end (the price was still lower than the competitor's). The price increase was due to additional time that THEY had not allotted when originally coming to look at the floors.
All in all, while I was irritated that I had to pay because of their poor first-look, the outcome was nice (not perfect, but acceptable) and the price couldn't be beat.
