Although their dress selection is good, their customer service skills SUCK! When I ordered my wedding dress though them a year and a half before my wedding, they insisted I was a size four. I questioned them again and again because when I was trying on dresses the size 8 fit me the best. They told me this is what they were trained at doing though and to let them do their jobs, so I let them order the size 4.
When my dress came in 9 months latter and I came in to try it on, it fit fine in the waist but was so small in the top that I could not even zip the dress up. First, they tried telling me I must have gained weight. I had actually lost 20 pounds since I ordered my dress though, so I let them remeasure me and see that I had lost three inches in all my measurements. They agreed to bring the seamstress in and see what she recommended.
The seamstress agreed that the dress was way too small and that there was no way it could be taken out and I would need a whole new dress. Then she completely switched her mind in the blink of an eye and decided the best way to fix my dress was to put a whole new, corset back on the dress when the dress had a beautiful button back. Doing this to the dress would completely destroy the beautiful design of the dress (which matched the design on the front of the dress) and would make it a dress I would have never picked. The seamstress then decided to say the only reason why this happened is because I have an abnormally large chest for someone who was so thin. The seamstress then said she would talk to the owner and have the owner call em back.
Apparently it was not important to call me back though. I ended up having to call myself and say either get me a new dress in the correct size or give me my money back. They were not happy about this at all and told me the size 8 dress would be way to big and they would not be responsible for it being too big.
My dress in the size 8 came in four months before my wedding and fit perfectly. The fact that they made a mistake was not what upset me, but how they handled the mistake was horrible. They had no desire to make it better or even apologize and I had to bring out my tough side to get the correct dress. I decided not to get the dresses for the rest of my wedding party through this store due to the poor way they handled the mistake on my wedding dress.
