Review content:
I would never return to Family Auto Center.
I called Family Auto Center to have a tether anchor put into my Dodge Caravan and the staff was very uninformed about what a tether anchor even was.
I ended up looking up the part number myself and calling them back to have them order me the parts. Once the parts came in, they wanted to charge me big $$ for them and then some more big $$ to have them installed. This is supposed to be a free service.
I finally had to end up calling Dodge myself and had them call Family Auto Center to get things done for free. They then refused to put more than one anchor in my vehicle after they had been told by Dodge that they could do up to three.
After a lot of headaches, I ended up getting my tether installed elsewhere.
The people at Family Auto Center are rude and not very informed or helpful.
