I don't know what the other reviewer is smoking? Pomin's Hot Tub sells a superior product. My tub has been working and provding relief without a hitch for 5 years. I would never consider a HotSprings spa, my wife had a Hotsprings tub which has had numberous problems including heater and mainboard malfunction. It was under warranty, but because Mt. Home Center did not sell her the unit, they did not honor the warranty.
