Review content:
After hearing about Taco Taco Cafe on the Food Network, we had to take a drive from the Stone Oak area to visit this local eatery. After waiting for 30 minutes in the heat and being rudely ushered to our seats, I found a sugar packet wrapper in my coffee and flies were everywhere you looked. We found the salsa to be grossly under seasoned and the Taco Norteno to be nothing more than an extra large fajita taco. This small cafe could use a huge renovation/expansion as well as a visit from the health inspector. The tortillas would be my only noteworthy observation at Taco Taco, but if I?m going to make that far of a drive it will be to Lisa?s Mexican Restaurant on Bandera which serves far better food in a nice clean environment.
