Several years ago we contracted Berkshire Fence to fence about six acres of land, a job that included 5 gates as well. After an interminable amount of time, and several return trips to make adjustments, they finished the job. Unfortunately earlier this year someone backed into one of the gates and broke the post, hinges and gate itself. I have been waiting since May for them to repair this gate. They measured and sent a smaller gate in July which I refused since it wasn't what I asked for. Since then I have not heard one word despite several phone calls to follow up. I know they do a lot of work in the northwest corner but I would never recommend them to anyone. Their work is adequate at best and the customer service is non-existent. I'd give them no stars if I could.
