I had for selling counterfeit merchandise. I had never been in any kind trouble before so the entire experience was quite scary. The case was filed as a felony and Mr. Emmi had the charge reduced to a misdemeanor and community service. I appreciate all the meetings, the advice, the court appearances, and all the expertise I received from Mr. Emmi. He is a true class act and the best lawyer around.
