Think this one over! you will regret living here! at first i thought wow awsome, They offer move in specials, swimming pools, tanning, theater, computer room and basketball court! After i moved in and signed a lease (minimum 11 months) I learned i made the biggest mistake! NO PARKING! POOLS ARE DIRTY AND THEY USE WAY TOO MUCH CHLORINE! staff & their friends get first pick on tanning, basketball, and theater. if you are signed up to use it at a time they want it they will bump you off and give the spot to their friends. (night crew espeacially) THE BACK OF THE FACILITY IS SADDLY OVERLOOKED garbage everywhere. people stand on there balcony throw down cigarettes, spit, throw garbage down, extreme profanity you can hear accross the courtyard. music so loud it also is heard 2 buildings away clear as day. ONCE YOU MOVE IN THEY DO NOT CARE! THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. the dishwasher, washer/dryer barely work. clothes need to be ran through a few times to get the moldy smell out of the pipes.i could go on and on, and i'm, not alone, most residents here have regreted signing the lease! i regret it so much it's worth me breaking the lease and paying the penalty than to continue to live here! CHECK AROUND! HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
