Unfortunately, I made the same mistake as others who have commented. Maybe even worse, I put 50% down with the commitment by the salesman that work would start in 7-8 days. 58 days later they started and did a very shabby job. When I pointed out the defects, their response was to ask for MORE money and they they would schedule the repairs. I guess once they thought they had a sucker, they would bleed him for everything they could. I doubt I will see them again. 7 BBB complaints in 2012 alone, and the BBB has published an alert since they are not an accredited BBB member but they print the logo on their contracts.
