Maybe all the good review here just so happen to be that you guys had a good agent. I on the other hand had a brutal one. The agent at J J Elek that my realtor had to deal with was horrible. We eventually had to file a complaint as she was breaking a code of ethics. Basically, she tries to flip houses. Kinda like inside trading if you were on wall street. Flipping houses is a big no no
