After an unfortunate accident involving my back bumper and a cement post, I decided to search yelp for a repair shop. After reading all of the 5 star reviews for BFS, I decided to bring my car up to Manuel for an estimate. He immediately struck me as friendly, honest, and professional, a first impression that was proven true. He quickly assessed the damage, wrote up the estimate, and took the time to explain the insurance claim process. He told me that he may not be able to achieve a 100% color match on the new bumper (which worried me a little) but he seemed so knowledgeable that I decided to "just go with it" and hope for the best.
When I got my car back, I couldn't have been more pleased. Honestly, I can't see even the slightest difference between the original paint job on the car and the new bumper and I tend to look at things very critically. The repair work was done quickly and so well done!
I would recommend BFS to anyone looking for a local, honest, reliable, and professional auto shop. Amazing work, guys!
