Review content:
The whole experience with Kanga Rooter was first class. KR was one of 4 companys bidding our job, a water leak located about 3 feet from our front door in a well landscaped area with boulders, mature shrubs and plants. Of the 4 estimators, Chris Hart, the KR rep, was the most thorough, cordial and best at answering our questions. Where the other company reps would have used heavy equipment to excavate, Chris said KR would do the job by hand, thereby minimizing loss of plants and shrubs. Chris also give the best estimate, in writing. KR got the job! On October 16, Jeremy and Andy showed up on time . . . went right to work, digging a 3 by 4 foot whole next to our house . . . found the water leak and made necessary repairs . . . filled the hole, cleaned up the area when finished. They kept us informed the whole time. Both men were courteous, respectful, cooperative, effecient and very effective, positive representatives for Kanga Rooter. Should Kanga Rooter require a Naperville reference, feel free to call on us. Thank you.
