my tv has been at their location for over two weeks...after grilling them on the phone they could ""have it ready the next day""...after getting to their office to pick put up my ""repaired"" tv, i asked to test it to make sure it worked (i had already paid and signed everything)....we went to test the tv and the MAJOR problem that the tv had been taken to them to fix hadn't even been looked at...they hadn't don't ANYTHING...they are a horrible company to deal with...AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. these reviews are spot on and should not be taken lightly.
Cons: horrible customer service, horrible repair, horrible company
