Review content:
Last summer I boarded my 13 year old 7-lb. dog here for approximately a week of overnights. After I picked her up I noticed her fur was flecked all over with dried paint. After several attempts I finally talked to the owner personally. Seems she had all the dogs outside in the gravel yard while having the side of the kennel painted with alkyd paint (a known carcinogen). She finally admitted my dog was rushed/pushed into the wet paint by a group of larger dogs. She said she didn't think it necessary to inform me because they had washed her repeatedly and got most of the paint off her fur. Finally, she said she wouldn't have boarded her own older dog at an open kennel. In other words, not being informed of the accident, and making the mistake of letting her take my money to board an elderly dog was my fault, not hers. I think you can figure out why I will never board here again.
