takes 2 weeks for someone even come out and look at washer..then says has to oder parts...then takes 2 weeks to get them on the phone and says there is no parts for my washer...when i find my part number and what i need my self i told them, they had to order them...they never called back, i left at least 7 messeges, never picks up the phone, its bin over a month an a half....They just take the money warranty and wouldnt fix anyting....
