Review content:
What a breath of fresh air from a mechanic! Having just bought my little beater of a car, I feared the worst when it started whining horribly loud every time I started it. I thought for sure I needed to replace at least one belt, maybe more.
After calling around to get some quotes, I settled on Aaron over at Meineke. He quoted me a great price ($60), assuming that was the case.
Anyway, I took it in that morning and he and Brian gave it a once over - 40 minutes later they informed me that the belts were fine, just needed to adjusted and dressed (which they did) and, oh by the way, your alternator was loose because of a stripped bolt. Well, they fixed that too and I drove away (all during my lunch hour) only paying $45 and my car runs great.
When was the last time you went to a mechanic and were told the problem wasn't nearly as bad as you thought, and it would cost you LESS than expected? Been a while for me...
I know where I'm going ANYTIME I need work done on a car. I've already told anyone who will listen and will continue to do.
Thanks Aaron, thanks Brian for a job well done!
