Over many years, I have rented equipment from Arrow Rents, they have always been helpful and can always recommend the right equipment for my job. I have never had any problem with my rentals except once. I did have a problem with a saw. They checked it out immediately when I brought back and I must confess it was operator error. What I really appreciate is I just had a trencher that had trouble staying running on the job and their mechanic came out immedidately after I called and he had it running in minutes and they credited my down time. I would not think of using their equipment and claining it didn't work, it it really did the job, which I am sure they run into many times a day. If I am honest with them, they treat me with respect. I will be back for many more years.
