Review content:
Was happy with quality of carpet and pre installation sales and people. The nightmare came after the sale and installation began. The installers were not very well trained. They left seams and puckers in front room and hallway. They didn't seem to have enough carpet for job, The couldn't speak english very well . We had to call for them to come back out and fix it. They came back out on 3 different times to look at it b4 they fixed it. They said the would replaced one side with one big piece instead they brought another small piece. The hallway seam wasn't fixed as we were told it would work its way in (still waiting on that) . Still have puckers and some seams , should have burned our money as spent it here. Do not use this location they have beautiful carpet they just dont know how to install them.
