They carry top of the line hair products and the staff is very friendly, but that's where my satisfaction ended. It took over four visits to get the color right and I'm still not 100% satisfied. I wanted the same cut and style I had when I walked in the door and I've now lost over 4"" in length and my layers are a mess. If I hadn't paid up-front for their annual discount package I would've moved on months ago. I have been to four different stylists there at all different levels. It seems like there is a lack of training and knowledge in up-to-date hair trends and basic hair cutting and color skills. I'm very surprised they are a Kerastase approved salon
