I had about 35,000 miles on my car since I had bought it at CarMax, and I hadn't done any maintenance work concerning the transmission. I went by the Toyota dealership to have it looked at and they said it was time to clean out the transmission filter. I was sure it was something that Mr. Transmission could take care of.
When they opened the case, they found that another, replaceable filter was added (thanks to CarMax), so instead of cleaning out the filter, they just replaced it. They were also able to change my oil while they had my car. They called me back, and my car was ready to go again.
