A friend and I have been using this cab company to help cover some of her transportation needs since she does not have her own vehicle.
They are often late (I understand they cannot control traffic) but since she is a frequent customer and depends on them to be on time to her job and appointments, I was surprised at how rude and disrespectful they could be to her when she calls to ask where the cab is.
That's no way to keep a customer. We are looking for other options in Oklahoma City, and you should too.
